Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Tankless. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancelations

Orders may be cancelled before the item has shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, we may issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be treated as a return.

Shipping returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, complete with all original parts and manuals, and in resealable condition.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or are missing original packaging or parts may not be eligible for return.

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Sunshine Tankless is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damage or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Warranty

Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer. Sunshine Tankless does not provide separate product warranties unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer’s warranty terms and ensuring proper installation by a qualified professional.
